Pat was born and raised in Corner Brook and grew up in the Curling area. After graduating college, he spent many years working in Northern and Western Canada, where he developed a solid background in finance, management, and human resources. Upon returning home in 2008, Pat transitioned to a career in real estate and has emerged as one of Western Newfoundland’s most trusted and top-selling Realtors®.

Beyond his real estate endeavors, Pat has contributed to the community as President of the Rotary Club of Corner Brook and a former board member of Theatre Newfoundland Labrador. He actively supports various not-for-profit organizations in the area and allocates a direct contribution from each sale to the Children's Miracle Network®. In his leisure time, Pat enjoys the outdoors with the love of his life and business partner, Tammy, and their two French Spaniels, Bailey and Gee.
